FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To create an account on Jeel App, follow these steps:
- Download the Jeel app from the app store.
- Open the Jeel app.
- Select "Parent Entry."
- Enter the displayed numbers.
- Choose "Create a New Account."
- Enter your email and password.
- Select your country.
- Tap on "Let's enter Jeel'sWorld."
- A screen will appear confirming the successful creation of your account. Tap on "Let's go."
- Enter all the required information for login and complete your child's profile, or you can skip it as desired.
THere are the steps to follow:
- Open the Jeel app.
- Select "Login."
- Tap on the "Choose Registration Method" option at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose "Via Phone Number."
- Enter the phone number that was previously registered.
- Enter the verification code that is sent.
- Enter the new email and password.
Jeel App provides both options, and you can control the renewal of your subscription by following these steps:
- Open the Jeel app.
- Tap on "Parent Login."
- Enter the displayed numbers.
- Open the menu from the top right of the screen.
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Activate or disable the "Auto-renewal" option according to your preference, if payment is made using a credit card. If payment is made through the App Store, it will be based on your account settings in the store.
Jeel App provides you with a certain amount of free content that is available at all times, allowing you to experience the app fully and enjoy it with your children. If you want access to additional content and enjoy the other services Jeel offers, you will need to subscribe to the app.
If you have a Promo code, you can enter the code in the "Do you have a promo code?" field during the subscription process on Jeel website.
If you enter an invalid promo code, you will see the message "Invalid promo code entered," and you will not receive any discount when subscribing.
If you enter a valid promo code, you will see a message indicating the available discount percentage. Click on "Continue" to proceed with the payment and receive the discount.
